For Lucyn Maurer, there is no greater professional honor than serving multiple generations of families with their real estate needs.

“I’m now on my third generation,” she says, modestly.

A Realtor® since 1988, Lucyn is passionate about assisting both home buyers and sellers, as well as investors. A few years ago, she moved from her native Southern California to Moore County, N.C., to be closer to family and enjoy a more relaxed pace.

Now based at Coldwell Banker Advantage in Pinehurst/Southern Pines, N.C., Lucyn is well-versed in luxury properties, but also gets equally excited about helping first-time home buyers.

“There’s something about being there for that pivotal moment in their lives – and to remember to put yourself in their shoes,” she says.

A couple of new home buyers not only trusted Lucyn enough to help them find their first home, but they also asked her to marry them, which she gladly did (after earning her credentials to perform the ceremony).

Lucyn is also ardent about animal rescue. She is often seen with her own rescue German Shepherd, named Chase. She has taken in multiple senior dogs, volunteers as an animal rescue transporter and helps at her sister’s local horse rescue.
